Three% supported Sussex Yacht Club and their Principle Architect (ECD Architects) with the award winning, £3.5m new build clubhouse in Shoreham-by-Sea.
The project won Public and Community Category at the Sussex Heritage Trust Awards, and was shortlisted in the Leisure Project category at the AJ Architecture Awards.
